Apple Chews – Low Calorie

Ingredients

1/2 cup skim milk powder
1 tbsp flour (or 2 tsp flour, 1 tsp cocoa)
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp brown sugar substitute (or 1 tsp brown sugar with 1 tsp Splenda)
1 tbsp raisins
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Method

Combine dry ingredients.
Mix applesauce, vanilla and raisins in separate bowl. If dry, add water.
Drop by spoon onto cookie sheet.

Bake 300 for 10-20 minutes
