Judy’s Marble Cake

Ingredients

1 fudge marble cake mix
1 cup milk
2 heaping Tsp flour
1 cup butter (do not substitute)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Method

Bake cake according to directions in 2 round pans.
Cool.
Cut each cake into 2 layers to make 4 layers total.

Icing:
Cook on stove top milk and flour until thick (stirring constantly).
Once thickened remove pot from stove and place in fridge until cold.

Combine butter, sugar, vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.
Add cold milk mixture and beat well.

Ice cake with cold mixture placing cream between layers.
Cake must be kept in fridge.
