Banana Bread

Ingredients from Boat Pantry:
2 1/3 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Fresh Ingredients:
3 eggs
3 large very ripe bananas

Equipment:
2 bowls
mixing spoon
measuring cups
greased 9×9 pan or loaf pan
tooth picks for checking, if done

Method:
Preheat oven to 350 F
In bowl mash peeled bananas.
In the other bowl mix together Bisquick mix, sugar, oil and eggs.
Beat well and stir in bananas.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Turn into pan.
Bake 55-60 minutes in loaf pan.
